Christopher Schröder

I am a computer scientist with a focus on algorithm engineering and data analysis in bioinformatics, specialized on exome and whole-genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS) data. I worked as a doctoral student in DEEP (Deutsches Epigenom Programm). Currently, I am a postdoc with Christel Depienne at the Institute for Human Genetics and at the Chair of Genome Informatics, University Duisburg-Essen, Germany.
