I am a bioinformatician with a strong background in computer science and a focus on statistical modeling and data analysis. I am working in the Algorithmic Bioinformatics group, led by Sven Rahmann at Saarland University. My current topics are:
- Development of an efficient and accurate chromatin segmentation method based on epigenetic marks
- Investigating the diversity or species richness of a large population
