Still, it maintains a close collaboration with the Faculty of Computer Science at TU Dortmund.

Teilprojekt TB1 im DFG Sonderforschungsbereich SFB 876: "Verfügbarkeit von Information durch Analyse unter Ressourcenbeschränkung", 01.01.2011 bis 31.12.2014: Transferprojekt in Zusammenarbeit mit der Firma B&S-Analytik in Dortmund.

2. Exom-Analysen bei Patienten mit distinkten Entitäten mit dem Leitsymptom "Mikrotie"

Gemeinsames Projekt mit der Humangenetik am Universitätsklinikum Essen, gefördert durch das Mercator Research Center Ruhr (MERCUR), Dezember 2010 bis November 2011.
